Françoise Aubin has operated her own solo practice since 2019, offering personalized and practical legal support across a wide range of legal matters—including family law, estate and probate, criminal defence, employment law, corporate law, civil litigation and real estate.
With a strong belief in resolving conflicts through crucial conversations and alternative dispute resolution methods, Françoise holds certifications in both mediation and arbitration from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (Atlantic). Her approach is grounded in fairness, empathy and accessibility, always striving towards thoughtful and effective paths forward—whether inside or outside the courtroom.
Françoise brings a wealth of life experience to her practice, shaped by her work with diverse organizations across Canada and abroad. Before entering law, she held roles in government, environmental advocacy, education, facilitation and event coordination, and has lived and worked in Japan, as well as in several Canadian provinces and territories.
Committed to community service, Françoise currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Westmorland-Albert Early Childhood Family Resources Center, since 2022.
A proud graduate of the Université de Moncton’s Juris Doctor program, she also holds a First-Class Honours degree in Anthropology from Mount Allison University, with additional studies in environmental and health sciences.
Whether you're navigating a legal challenge or looking for guidance on a complex matter, Françoise’s goal is to support you with integrity and clarity.
